Required Materials

1) Guitar- Please contact me for help and recommendations for where and what to purchase.

2) Picks (for any non-classical student) it’s good to experiment with a variety of thicknesses and styles.

3) Blank music notebook that has both standard music notation (5 lines) and guitar tablature (6 lines).  Any music store will be able to assist you.

4) Appropriate book depending on level and style. Please contact for more details

Policies
-Lessons are paid for in 4 week semesters
-Lessons are once a week, every two weeks for 1 hour at same time and day. (other frequencies are also acceptable)
-All holidays must be made up. Please see the holiday schedule. 
-Lessons cancelled 24 hours in advance of the lesson will not be charged but must be made up.
-Same day cancellations will not be made up and will be charged in full.
-Payment is accepted cash or check on 1st lesson made out to Steven Cohen
-Lessons are for an hour starting from the scheduled time. If you are late, the lesson will be shorter. I must enforce this as I often have student back to back
